I’d like to thank Lori Beal Travel for the great service she’s provided for two trips I booked in early 2020.   Lori booked a trip to Puerto Vallarta for two of my daughters and I in February.   She helped us pick the perfect hotel – close to lots of activities.   We also booked a milestone birthday trip to Palm Springs for my husband and I at the end of March.   Unfortunately – it became clear by mid March we would have to postpone our trip due to COVID-19.   I emailed Lori – and asked her to cancel our trip to Palm Springs.   It was a relief to know that I wouldn’t have to spend hours on hold with the airline trying to figure out how to cancel the trip, or if we would get a refund or a travel voucher.   Within two weeks we had the value of the trip returned to a travel bank – that we can use anytime.   I’m thankful I chose to book both vacations with Lori Beal Travel.   I realize the importance of using a travel agent over doing it myself.   I highly recommend Lori Beal Travel!
